- Oversee order entry and pricing accuracy.- Prepare month-end reports.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.- Achieve sales growth - Manage sales associates'' tracking of accounts.- Participate in staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales team.- Assist customers in resolving quality issues with product.- Set up new accounts and new parts for existing customers.- Visit potential and existing customers as needed (travel required).- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Candidates must speak and write Japanese and English.- Must have at least 3 years sales experience.-
