- Answer clients questions related to GORETEX product phone and email- Escalate clients'' requests and complaints to appropriate specialists- Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly- Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between SELLBYTEL and Gore, focusing on quality and appropriate communication, using CRM
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- High school degree required, College degree preferred- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language (JP, KR, CN and MN) as well as English- Self-motivated team player with active listening skills
