❖Instruction prefabricate system to contractors / after training for prefab system ❖Management of COW and consultant / attend CCM,site meeting and so on.❖Management of Quality,5S,Safety / issue site memo and attend contractor inspection.❖Monitoring the site progress / taking progress record by photo.❖The works concerned with construction department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

❖Minimum 3 years’ experience with experience for residential development. ❖Ability to lead the project team.❖Good contract management coordination and communication skills, preferably in Mandarin.❖Excel and word skill. Preferably in CAD.
