• Assist in marketing matters during absence of sales staff / away from office• Processing new and existing loan submission.• Plan and carry out more processing activities to achieve the target in term of volume amount and number of client.• Assist marketing executive interview customer and request additional document for loan processing.• Assist marketing executive in loan document execution

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum Diploma & above.• Basic understanding of contract law, HP Act and company Act.• Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office.• Good knowledge in customer service and experience in handling customers’ / dealers’ complaints.• Patient, pleasant, good inter-communication skill & eager to help
