- To achieve the individual and group sales target with high level of customer satisfaction- Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period- Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group’s panel of lawyers- Prepare sales reports to be submitted to immediate superior on weekly basis- To coordinate with appointed agencies on sales booking- Support marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programs- Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of document

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

-Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. -At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Property market. -Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment. -Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. -Must be dynamic, resourceful, aggressive, initiate and self-motivate. -Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision. -Able to commit to weekend duty for sales Gallery/Events/Launches, mobile and willing to travel (when required). -Required language(s): Chinese, Cantonese, English, Bahasa Melay
