1. Responsible for monitoring import & export shipment such as:-▪ Handle import/export documentations (issue delivery plan, invoices and etc)▪ Liaise with forwarding agents for shipping arrangement▪ Control/Monitoring for cargo movement▪ Planning, coordinating and updating shipment status▪ Follow up with customers about the orders and product delivery2. Work closely with logistic team (warehouse) for shipment status and arrangement.3. Control for stock inventory4. To liaise and handle application procedures with government agency.5. Provide administration support including handling call, data entry, filling, photocopy, scanning, responding to emails and prepare documents.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
▪Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply▪Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field▪ Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point▪ Able to spoken and written in English, Malay and Chinese▪ Basic Japanese language will be an advantage▪ Willing to travel when required▪ Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills
