HR:1. Management of local staff compensation and benefit which include increment, bonus, promotion and managing employee rules and regulation.2. Employee annual medical checkup arrangement.3. Managing local employee training structure & implementation.4. Monitoring & Support HR System for local staff.5. Recruitment for local staff.6. Carry out improvement for local staff human resources mattersGA:1. Managing stationery & office employee welfare, pantry & cleanliness.2. Managing employee travel insurance. 3. Work with IT, Account and Legal department for managing company assets including vehicle, phone, office, security device and printing devices.4. Work closely with team member to improve company general affairs matter in company.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent* 6-7 years of relevant experience in local (Malaysia) human resources* 3-5 years of relevant experience in general affairs matters* Good MS Office Application and presentation skills* Working experience in Japanese company and manufacturing company is an added advantage
