*Administer detail of compensation and benefits including guiding and advising personnel in benefit processing and ensuring proper maintenance.*Involve in evaluation and proposal for improved benefit and compensation.*Manage and administer the staff performance appraisal process and simulation of rewards payout.*Involve in HR related projects and system development.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
*Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.* At least with 7-8years of relevant working experience in Human Resourceincluding 5 years of managerial role.*A self-starter with initiative*Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills*Good inter-personal skills*Proficient in MS Office application.
