*To listen, understand and interpret spoken conversation and or translate written documents from Japanese to English and vice versa*To act as a communication channel between Aegis management and Japanese staff*To act as a general assistant to Japanese expatriates in their daily business operations and activities*To assist in preparing and translating documents such as reports, letters and memos as and when required*Translate languages at meetings such as employee engagements meetings, town-hall, company events etc. *Responsible for documentation of conversations and discussions with clients where necessary*To complete assigned tasks with quality & accuracy*Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
•Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Linguistic/Languages or equivalent. •At least 2-3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position. •Required languages: Japanese, English•Excellent verbal & written skills for Japanese & English languages
