Responsible to conduct research to verify client information. Ensure no error occur or any bad impact when opening new account.End to end management of client KYC process including liaison across the business, compliance and operations. Liaise with internal and external clients ensuring compliance. By utilizing Japanese language, support KYC for Japan market professionally.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Candidate must willing to work on shift rotation basisGood analytical skills Japanese language is a must, candidate must at least obtained JLPT N2 or N1.Candidate must also speak business level of English, Malay & Mandarin. Candidate who experience working in customer service role will be added advantage
