Facilities Management• Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of shopping mall, facilitating good environment forretailers’ business activity and pleasant shopping environment for shoppers.• Conduct tenant orientation meetings, which covering ground rules and policy, communicationsystems, emergency procedures, security procedures, and other relevant procedures.• Manage tenants shop operational compliance i.e. shop appearance, merchandize, trading hours,waste removal, signage, etc. through regular audits and surprise visits. Rectify any noncompliance through official warning or lease contractual penalties as required.• To handle correspondence and administration of license application, ensure compliance andapproval from relevant authorities.• Establishes liaison with local Government bodies and all important Municipal Emergency Mall Service• To develop and direct a strong customer-centric team aimed at delivering excellent servicestandards as consistent with world-class malls.• Ensure the effectiveness and excellence customer service by respond to customer’s request orcomplaint promptly.• To study and analyze customers feedback with objective to continuously improvement in theexisting customer service standards and facilities.Building Maintenance• Prepare pla

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor''s Degree inBusiness Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Hospitality / Tourism orequivalent.• At least 6 years’ experience in Mall operations and management position.• Proven track record handling Mall operations and facilities management, preferably in a reputedlarge shopping mall or real estate company.PREFERRED SKILLS• Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of Commercial Facilities.• Strong Mall operations and management skill.• Strong analytical skill with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.• Possess strong leadership
