· To manage figure of own group merchandising and merchandising operation with following division direction· To develop customer needs based on attractive assortment and pricing· To set department budget and manage for GP, Inventory ad sales to achieve it.· Promotion Planning ( weekly and monthly)· To make good relationship with business partners, suppliers based on win- win situation.· Identify Potential Product to be developed in the category.· Product Analysis - Preliminary & Market Feasibility Study.· Product Conceptualization & Positioning.· Develop Product Unique Selling Point (USP) & Differentiation.· Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Sourcing.· Product Quality Test & Control.· Factory and Supplier Visit.· Supplier Handling & Price Negotiation.· Understand Regulatory System.· Project Timeline Control· Contract Terms Negotiation.· Import, Trading and logistic background
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.· Minimum of two (2) years working experience in similar capacity, or 3 years’ experience in import and trading. Relevant experience from MNC (preferably from retail)/ fmcg industries and with experience in garment factory or company are preferred.· Merchandising, product & analytical skills.· Business-minded, and have a passion for retail. Good in planning, negotiation, organizing skills and possess strategic thinking.· Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and windows based programs.· Retail math literacy and applications of concepts to daily operations.· Ability to maintain and build strong working relationships.· Japanese speaker, and local citizen is preferred.· Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment.
