Assist in development, implementation & improvement of HR systems, policies and procedures. Ensure that policies and procedures are disseminated in a timely manner and consistently implemented and administered. Responsible for payroll processing, including generation of payroll report, ensure timely salary disbursement and payments to statutory bodies. Updates payroll records for new employee, staff promotions, salary adjustments, termination & resignations. Compiles statistics, generate reports and analysis data with useful HR metrics.Assists in performance appraisal, annual bonus and salary review exercise. Assists in other HR & admin related matter.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
1-2 years of working experience in HR field, preferably someone with experience in C&B or payroll. Experience in payroll process by using HR system is an added advantage. Possess knowledge in Employment Act, as well as EPF, Socso and Tax Acts Possess goof interpersonal skills and able to deal with all level of employees. Good communication in English & Malay. Able to speak & write Chinese will be added advantage. Great knowledge in Ms.Office (words, excel, Power Point)
