To be the first line contact for customers by handling inbound telephone calls and email.Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries, complaints and request.Monitor phones to respond to customers'' report of machine status.Provide customers with accurate information or reports by retrieving information from heat system, hard files, manual and directories.Follow up with call status and parts requisition with Store Department and Engineer/ Technician.Provide support to customers and field staff and to ensure smooth running of Company operations.Perform administrative support and other general administrative tasks.Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Minimum SPM holderJLPT 1 or working experience in call center for Japanese speaking at least 1 yearFresh graduates are welcome to applyPreviously experience in Customer Service is added advantageFlexible to work on rotational shift, weekends and public holiday.
