Provide full spectrum of external HR functions to client. Being professional consultant between clients & candidates. Problem solving, acting as first contact person to client. Issuing invoice, payment processing, payment collectionAttending meeting with clients, understand their needs. Establish recruitment strategies, CV sourcing based on position requirements, Conduct interview with candidate, propose potential candidate Responsible in monthly payroll/termination/contract delivery and etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Diploma & Degree in any field. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR or recruitment agency is added advantage. Candidate must willing to travel around (within or overseas) according to client location. Good English communication, Japanese language will be added advantage. Onw transportation is needed for the position.
