Responsible for providing supporting in O2C, P2P & R2R accounting functions. Generate invoice or credit note and perform reconciliation and refund to customer Generate invoice & updating receivable and reconcile into in house system Prepare AR reports as per required by management Perform cross-functional back up for any other Japanese related tasks such as invoice translation/document translation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Diploma/Degree holder in accounting/finance or equivalent Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Knowledge in MS Office and any other accounting system is an added advantage Candidate must able to read & write in Japanese language. JLPT N3 and above is required for the role. Result oriented with high degree of self-motivation, positive mind and team player. Strong level of numerical reasoningGood analytical and logical thinking skill in problem solving.
