Manage visitors itinerary for corporate meetings and functions I. Handle and coordinate incoming guestsii. Manage corporate events (e.g. golf etc.)iii.Arrange for hotel booking and restaurant reservations for incoming guestsAdmin – perform office administration duties to upkeep the office environment • I. Arrange for refreshments for business events or meetingsii. Order printing and stationery suppliesiii.Manage telecommunication equipment for office in terms of contract administration, repair and maintenance (e.g. Maxis, Telecomm)iv. Update fixed assets tagging and listingv. Book meeting room Admin – manage administration supports on business trips and entertainment for colleagues i. Make hotel and flight bookings for colleagues as and when requireii. Process claims for business trips and entertainments for the expatriates.Admin – make logistics arrangements for staff and management i. Manage car sharing system with MCii. Manage motor vehicle insurance
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
・Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.・Good communication skills.
