To attend to customers’ complaint and make visitation to client side to find out the actual situation face by customers.To issue the report and process any claim from customer To fulfill customers request based on Company quality procedure and operation.To follow up on quality cases with the exporters and customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.Minimum 1 – 2 years’ of experience in manufacturing industry.Able to work with minimum supervision.Able to handle customer complaints on quality issues.Fast learner, able to adapt to new task and challenges.Able to use basic MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Good communication skills amongst team members and customers.Must possess a car and valid driving license.Candidate who is able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
