・To ensure current business with retailers in Malaysia are in accordance to overall business plan operationally.・To formulate and execute overall sales strategy that incorporates initiative to identify and gain new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing clientele base to achieve required personal sales results.・Conduct feasibility studies and breakeven analysis for new stores and/ or renewal of retail contracts.・Analyze and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuation/ trends to decide on relevant actions to be taken.・Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・At least 3 years of retail sales management experience・Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa・Japanese speaker is advantage・Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation skills in Malaysia retail market・Fast learner, self-motivated and sales-driven・Able to work independently
