◆IT Lead in Digital Innovation Projects. The incumbent will represent GBIT in newbusiness and process efficiency projects that are led by the Business Development &Innovation Department. This will include involvement from initial ideation to vendorengagement and operational service.◆Cloud Migration. The incumbent will develop a strategy to migrate on premiseworkloads to cloud based alternatives. This strategy will include activities related toemployees and process and will need to be in alignment with ORIX Group IT policiesand standards.◆AI and RPA. The incumbent will enhance effective utilization of AI and RPAtechnologies in order to (a)improve operational efficiency and support business◆Information Security. The incumbent will lead activities with a secure by defaultapproach and ensure that all deployments are in accordance with ORIX Group Securitypolicies and standards.◆Vendor Management. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring vendorselection and ongoing engagement are in accordance with ORIX policy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

◆A minimum of ten years of experience in IT, with at least three years deploying oncloud or digital innovation services, such as AI or RPA.◆Experience managing teams of IT professionals for activity related to bothdevelopment and operations.◆Experience deploying package software.◆Experience in engaging with non-IT parts of the business in support of new businessopportunities.◆Vendor management experience. ◆An excellent understanding of cloud architectures and securely deploying applicationsin the cloud (IaaS, PaaS). Experience with Azure deployments would be advantageous.◆An excellent understanding of leading SaaS offerings, how to securely use theseapplications and the integration with identity management systems such as ActiveDirectory.◆A good understanding of developing web applications in a secure fashion.
