Process shopping cart request & vendor record creation/maintenance with highlevel of accuracy and complete on a timely manner.• Provide Tier 1 support for procurement/purchasing escalations and PO activities.• Troubleshoot system issue and escalate to BPKC/COE on a timely manner.• Attend to PO aged item and escalate to respective business users on a timelymanner.• Prepare training material and provide training to team members & Affiliate endusers on purchasing processes.• Good knowledge of affiliate business.• Understand and maintain expert level knowledge of business and processesrelated to non-MRP purchasing, shopping cart creation, establishment ofpurchase orders, vendor master data managements and AP processes.• Troubleshoot issues with shopping carts, purchase orders and vendor masterdata.• Subject matter expert on P2P processes with deep understanding of how theaccounting is implemented and automated in SAP, together with allinterdependencies with SAP sub-ledgers and other enablers.• Ensure P2P process flows, SOPs and job aids are kept up to date.• Ensure internal controls are maintained in compliance with corporate policiesand all procurements SOX controls are executed effectively.• Special project work as identified.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant work experience in Shared Service Centre.Purchase-to-Pay or Accounts Payable, and Procurement or Sourcing processareas.• Strong knowledge of Procurement & P2P cycle and rules (e.g. purchase orders,invoices, credit/debit notes, payment terms etc).• Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices andprocedures.• General business and functional knowledge.• Strong knowledge on overall P2P Global Service Design.• Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written).• Other Asian language skills would be an advantage.• Advanced Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software • Process improvement and/or Six Sigma experience would be an advantage.
