• Responsible to conduct research to verify client information
• Ensure no error occur or any bad impact when opening a new account
• End to end management of client KYC process including liaison across the business, compliance and operations
• Liaise with internal and external clients ensuring compliance
• By utilizinIndonesian language, support KYC for Indonesia market professionally
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Candidate must be willing to work on shift rotation
• Candidate must also speak the business level of English, Indonesian, Malay & Mandarin
• Candidate who experiences working in a customer service role will be added advantage
