• to act as an Account Manager and be responsible for the designated corporate clients, to maintain
relationship, assist in providing customer services to such clients and to ensure customer
retention.
• to assist in the implementation of our corporate clients’ managed care programme or third party
administration.
• to compile, analyze and submit periodical utilization reports and generate renewal proposals to
our corporate clients.
• to ensure that membership fees and other invoices by our clients are paid within 30 days.
• to assist in the administration of personal claims by members.
• to ensure that customer complaints are attended to within 48 hours.
• to assist with other duties as directed by either the Head of Department, Chief Operating Officer
or the Chief Executive Officer from time to time.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of
the organization
• Good attitude and high servicing mind
• Preferably experienced in the Healthcare(TPA/Insurance Company/Broker)
