・ To support Malaysia & Singapore market related to C&B tasks, ensure the rules & regulations tally with the local
governing law.

・ Ensure data quality & data integrity for payroll, compensation & benefits, and Labor relations & Law processes.

・ Manage full payroll portfolio accurately, timely, and in compliance with statutory requirements, business policies, and
company guidelines.

・ Design & deliver C&B frameworks and programs such as employee assistance program, health benefits program,
pension program and etc.

・ Manage full cycle of salary review management.

・ Vendor management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must obtain qualification Degree in Accounting/ Mathematics, Commerce or Business Administration.

✓ With 3 years of related HR working experience especially in Payroll, C&B, Labour Relations & Law.

✓ Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the language and culture of the supported country.

✓ Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft application.
