- Perform Facilities-related administration tasks covering Asia Pacific, including major tasks such as
o Employee database – including access card management, telephone list, seating plans
o Mobile phone – invoice review and allocation to correct cost centers
o Document archiving – appointing external archiving service, document management system
o Car fleet management – including car utilization and parking spaces
o Corporate insurance and corporate credit card
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the tasks
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- Good knowledge on facility management, financial concepts, and general administration.
- Detail-oriented, process-oriented, with ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks independently.
- Customer oriented, team player, foreseeing issues and proactively troubleshooting.
- Professional in Excel and SAP
- Fluency in written and spoken English and in a second language (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai)
