- Perform required transactions in SAP on a timely basis at high quality, including customer/vendor creation, all payments including PR, PO, workcycle, journal vouchers, down payments, NTBT, WBS creation and closure, vendor data and cost center maintenance.
- Collaborate with other P2P and Master Data colleagues in Hub-Malaysia to exchange and maintain information.
- Efficiently work with colleagues across APAC countries to perform the transactions, and proactively reach out in case of issues or clarifications needed.
- Find and implement opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in finance, accounting or business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Work in Shared Service Center preferred
Technical, Professional Knowledge and Personal Qualities
- Detail-oriented, process-oriented, with ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks independently.
- Customer oriented, team player, foreseeing issues and proactively troubleshooting
- Highly proficient in Excel and SAP
- Collaborative spirit across countries and cultures
