- Provide on the job coaching & training in matters related to Warehouse operations, process efficiency and foster customer focus culture

- Provide Distribution Network ( Warehousing) management-related expertise and information to business and regional counterparts community for continuous process improvement, system harmonization and solution coordinator for process problem solving

- Interact with business management, BU SCM and sales to gain knowledge of business and provide Warehouse operations solution to business

- Ensure Warehouse Operations team effectiveness by fostering cross-BU knowledge sharing and creating a reliable back-up system

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Full time MBA (Tier 1, 2), with LSS Green Belt certification will be preferred

- B. E Qualification will be plus.

- APICS certification will be plus.
