• Identify required models, methods and tools for Service Design

• Structure, group and prioritize business requirements

• Ensure usage of new information and communication technology to design or re-design supply chain services

• Develop new and extend existing services based on requirements from the business and align with service catalog

• Test new services prior to implementation and calculate cost

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, supply chain management, logistics

• Working Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in SCM / Logistics area

• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Supply Chain Management / process knowledge, strong SAP (SD module) experience, Business Intelligence Tools like SCI , Import Export Operations,foreign documentary trade, analytical thinking, leading with key performance indicators, good communication skills.
