• Provide and coaching to the team members in matters related to the Transportation & Distribution Safety pertaining to the logistic operations process.
• Managed the logistic service provider management process by setting effective safety target for logistic service provider and periodic performance review & development of LSP.
• Set effective safety target for the logistic service providers and periodic performance review and development of LSP.
• Develop individual safety training plan for the team based on the current and future development requirements.
• Provide logistic operation safety management related expertise to related counterparts for continuous process improvement, system harmonization and solution coordinator.
• Offer guidance to the team members in capturing the expectation of the customer and analyse the root cause and propose corrective measure accordingly.
• Effective management of distribution network, warehouse, and transporters for Region at all times
• Work with Logistic Service Providers to ensure continuous safety improvement measures are identified and implemented leading to higher efficient and safe operations.
• Undertake projects to digitalize safety operations leading to transparent performance of logistic service providers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Possess at least a Degree in any related field.
• At least 6-7 years of working experiences in supply chain operations or any related role.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing safety process.
