・Take responsibility to resolve any issues arising from the tenants, such as water leaking, no water supply from building, grease trap pump faulty, restaurant power failure, equipment failure, gas supply stop, air-cond and exhaust not working, lift and escalator not function, POSM not working, maintenance issue, pest issue and etc.
・To ensure all Tenants are operating with company’s SOP, compliance with sanitation and safety regulations of the local authorities.
・Liaison with local authorities concerning the adherence to policies, rules & regulations and its implementation.
・Collaborate with the management team in controlling purchases and inventory; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analysing variances and taking corrective actions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 5 years’ experience in same or similar position; prior experience in food & beverage, retail is preferred.
✓Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or Restaurant Services is preferred
✓Able to work independently.
✓Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments as well as key customers.
✓Able to work in weekend and holidays
