- Manage HCM delivery engagements.

- Support ABeam Malaysia’s HCM business strategy including working with regional offices and key partners

- Support pre-sales activities e.g. prepare demo, presentation and proposals

- Collaborate with other ABeam offices on delivery and initiatives.

- Assist HCM team development

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- At least 10 years of SAP HXM experience with min 4 years' experience in SuccessFactors.

- Strong background in HR Business Processes and technology.

- Good understanding of cloud project deliver and agile methodology.

- Proven track record in delivering successful implementation for SAP SuccessFactors.

- Experienced in supporting pre-sales for SAP SuccessFactors opportunities.

- Ability to support development of SAP SuccessFactors skills within the company.

- Driven, ambitious and committed.

- Good team work and collaboration experience.

- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

- Proficient in English and Local Language.
