• To support the Management through formulate ideas to optimize product development and advise the management on product investments that yield the best business and financial returns.
• To conduct product development process that consists of research and implementation of new products, enhance and redesign the existing product.
• To conduct market survey and monitor the market trend, competitor and customer surveys.
• Set meeting with potential client and understand client needs and requirement
• Utilize effective marketing strategy and attract potential customer for new product
• Present new product to potential dealer in order to expand sales of new product
• Build strong relationship with Dealer, customer and related party and gain knowledge about industry

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Degree in Business & Administration/ Commerce/ Marketing or related fields for fresh graduate
• Have 1-2 years of experience in Sales (B to B), Marketing/Business development, Bank/finance service or related fields
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (in order to communicate with dealer)
• Good at Power Point, Excel and Word.
• Keen in learning, meticulous and organized.
• Strong team work quality, aggressive and result oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
• Applicants must be willing to work in Wisma BH, Jalan Pudu, Pudu.
