・ Regarding delivery orders via the application, respond to inquiries from users in Korea and problems related to delivery service workers.
・Receive inquiries via phone, email and chat.
・Our goal is to provide users with a world-class support experience by providing prompt guidance / problem solving regarding the content of inquiries.
・Open position for both Monolingual and Bilingual
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
