• To work closely with Sales team, Client Service team and Wellness team to support for the acquisition of new leads, new clients, the retention of the existing clients, and the creation of new business revenue streams.

• To generate content for multi-channels, translating complex information into appealing messages and stories, and creating online and offline material including presentations, speeches, articles, videos, media releases, marketing collateral, and web and social media content.

• To manage the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues and other sales and marketing collateral in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.

• To set up KGI and KPIs for the growth initiatives such as digital marketing/branding (web, SNS, webinar, eDM etc), mobile apps development (download, active ratio, promotion CTR etc), strategic healthcare services (e-Farma, Employee Assistance Programme, health screening etc) and monitoring those KPIs to support respective teams;

• To prepare periodic reporting and data analysis of growth initiatives including measuring and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) to the Management and respective HODs, if required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Required language(s): Fluent in written and spoken English & Malay

• Excellent skills and well experienced in digital marketing & communications with more than 5 years

• Excellent communications skills

• Have creative mind, excellent communication skill, analytical ability, problem solving, strong leadership and a holistic marketer - familiar with the functions of digital marketing, campaign, webinar, events, PR, and strategic partnerships

• Awesome and responsible team leader and player

• Experienced in team/campaign management & project management methodologies

• Experienced with CRM & Account-based Marketing

• Preferably experienced in the Healthcare / SAAS / HR Industry
