・ Supporting the Vietnam market professionally such as handling the inbound and outbound call, live chat and email.

・ Responsible to conduct research and verification on the client's information

・ Ensuring the accuracy of the details and information during the creation of new accounts.

・ Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure the requirements aglined with the SLA.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・Candidate must obtained at least diploma/degree in any field.

・Proficiency in English & Vietnamese language.

・Candidate must willing to work on shift basis hour.

・Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

・Customer oriented with good communication skills.
