・ Dealing with 39 unit house (customer) on all complaint and how to resolve.

・ Preparation of various meeting with customer and management also contractor on handling the defect.

・ Take communication and dealing to Property Management company on handling customer complaint issue. Keep on update.

・ Contractor management, instruct, planning, payment status until end of journey.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma / degree in any field.

✓Familiar with real estate property, landed property.

✓Experience in property management / Real estate / JMB

✓Minimum 4 years’ experience in liasie with customer and management also contractor on handling the defect.

✓have good communication with dealing to Property Management company on handling customer complaint issue. Keep on update.

✓Experience liaise with Contractor management, instruct, planning, payment status until end of journey.
