・ Liaise with oversea customers & suppliers on the sports accessories sourcing products.

・Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.

・Manages the process of developing a product or enhancing existing product in order to meet customer expectations effectively

・Conduct research, develop proposals and supervise the design process.

・Strong design idea generation and idea screening.

Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management. Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.

・Solid judgement to make good decisions

・Partner with product Design, Development, and Merchandising to drive out agile supply chain, and help to develop and deliver quality

products on time. Engage with partner suppliers to optimize our operations, react to shifting demand, and navigate global logistics.

・Manages sourcing activities to support business unit strategies by ensuring necessary sourcing documents are completed according to set timelines; validating data and documentation to ensure accuracy; working with cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary data points are attached to items to ensure accuracy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related area

✓OR 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, or related area.

✓Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design.

✓Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and window-based programs

✓Knowledge in Japanese can be added advantage but not a must.

✓Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.

✓Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✓Responsible, good negotiation and communication
