JOB DETAILJob Details

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.

- Designing and developing new recipes, plate presentations and planning menus.

- Identify and introduce new culinary techniques.

- Ensure the promptness, freshness and food quality of dishes.

- Collaborating with General Manager in price positioning.

- Monitor suppliers and inventory to ensure proper and efficient usage including adherence to company budget.

- May assign duties to crew members and create work schedules.

- Training, directing and supervising kitchen crews in meal preparation, creation, plating etc.

- Hiring, training and supervising kitchen crews.

- Ensure the team follows company policies and safety standards.

- Demonstrate positive and professional approach with team member and customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- This position is opening for Japanese native who has relevant experience in food & beverages industry.

- Ability to develop unique recipes with culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices.

- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices in restaurant industry.

- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and procedures.

- Leadership, organizational and time management skill.

- Good communication and interpersonal skill.

- Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
