- Build the market’s knowledge of LinkedIn’s solutions through scaled education webinars and workshops

- Drive demand through scaled market development activities like email campaigns to generate new sales prospects

- Prospect and qualify leads from development activities and lead pipeline

- Complete and accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers

- Work with the LinkedIn Program Manager to design industry-specific market development efforts

- Schedule pre-sales conversations and product demonstrations between TDCX Account Directors and potential customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- BA/BS degree in related field

- 1+ years of experience in sourcing or lead generation/inside sales for B2B online ads or SaaS service

- Prefer someone who has worked in job ad agencies/companies and has experience in selling job ads

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms

-Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills

- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

- Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
