・Screening resumes.
・Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
・ Performing reference and background checks.
・ Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
・ Following up on the interview process status.
・ Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.

Coordinate college recruiting initiatives
・ Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
・ Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
・ Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
・ Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.

Develop talent pipeline
・Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
・ Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
・ Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
・Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

Utilize the internet for recruitment
・Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
・Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in
other position appropriate venues.
・Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
・Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment.

Create networks/contact
・Create contacts within the industry.
・Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
・Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
・Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. OK with fresh grads or with working experience

2. Willing to relocate to Malaysia

3. Pleasant attitude, able to articulate well, interest in HR recruitment field, passionate towards work attitude

4. Mainly in charge of Korean recruitment, handling 20% admin task

5. Good English
