・ Manage Credit and Risk Management function at Malaysia office representing and taking responsibilities of local risk management

・Risk assessment, which involves analyzing corporate risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business

・Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating previous handling of risks

・Establishing and quantifying the organization's 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of risk they are prepared to accept

・Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of directors so they　understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks

・Reviewing and to provide feedback to all credit applications submitted by sales team prior to submission to credit team.

・ Work to be risk cautious with a view of business growth in Malaysia

・To monitor delinquent accounts as well as to provide weekly updates to management

・To manage and follow up with customers on delinquent accounts.

・To review legal documents

・ Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・ Min 7 years' experience in banking sector, concentrating in （corporate） credit risk management

・ Superior risk manager skills, including understanding industries, analyzing financials, identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business

・ Excellent knowledge about leasing and accounting standards

・ Excellent understanding of local legal systems and documentation

・ Excellent knowledge and understanding of financials statements

・ Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s economy and industries

・ Strong leadership, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

・ Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
