1) Data entry

2) Process customer's weekly bonus transfer, refunds & cancellation

3) Logistics: shipment status updates, liaise with customers and warehouse on shipment status & complaints

4) Credit card deduction, liaise with customers

5) Scanning documents into the system

6) Send reminders to customers using SMS service/mail

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

 Minimum Diploma in any field

 Preferably Chinese female

 Strong computer skills essential as job entails lots of data processing

 Self-motivated

 Fresh graduate will be considered
