1. Handling company insurance claims and company insurance renewal

2. Prepare input Holiday Sheet& yearly Holiday Sheet

3. Person in charge of updating driver schedule, overtime calculation etc

4. Assist payment team in process payment and booking of expenses in timely manner

5. Assist in expatriate accommodation issues : new leasing, termination, transfer, handover checking etc

6. Handling office equipment repair and office maintenance matter

7. Assist Vault room procedures and vault duty

8. Person in charge of recording& updating Equipment Ledger

9. Handling building maintenance issues , eg: air-cond facilities

10. Handling of corporate card matter : new application , termination, renewal

11. Handle company’s cars- new sourcing, renewal , maintenance etc

12. Other Assignment from Manager of the department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Bachelor Degree Holders

2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related fields
