• Provide administrative support to the Front Office
• Provide the daily transaction( Cash BOP, remittance, Loan, Guarantee issuance, trade finance related etc) of the department
• To support Front office to update and manage the customer profile in the database
• To assist Front Office to on board the customer
• To be flexible in undertaking any other special tasks/ projects or assignment that may be assigned accordingly by Department Head
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Degree holder in any discipline & above
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Familiar with transaction banking and foreign exchange notices
• Able to to deal with customer
• At least 2 to 3 years working experience in banking industry is required
