・Payroll administration.
・HR administration.
・To prepare accurate Employment/Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Extension of Probation,
Acceptance of resignation and all HR related correspondence.
・To understand and adhere to all employment and industrial relations laws, HR statutory Ad-hoc
laws, tax laws, all the regulations and updates to provide such advice to the Management
・To perform and administer the purchasing function of non-inventories and the verification of creditors' invoices for
payment strictly in accordance with the Company's policies, standard operating procedures and authorization.
・To review, source and propose for Management's approval and update the Company's panel
hotels and vendors for internal circulation.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Certificate or Diploma in related field.
✓High integrity and a positive attitude towards change and continued learning and development.
✓Good planning, communication and coordination skill.
