Job Function
1. Manage and handle general expenses
2. Collect invoices / claims from vendors/ staff and attach with supporting documents
3. Input the relevant information on the invoice eg: amount, account codes, etc
4. Prepare and circulate appropriate application, eg. AFA, APP for MISC and etc
5. Prepare Data Capture for booking of expenses
6. File all payment evidence properly
7. Assist in updating control sheets for assets, pre-payment, accruals etc
8. Assist in maintaining general ledger listing report
9. Control and report of business promotion expenses
10. Support general administration works
11. Handling of e-Stamping process for MBM
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree Holders
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related fields
3. Age : 25-35 Years old
4. Prefer Chinese Speaking candidate
