• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
• Maintaining appropriate filing systems
• Issue purchase order upon purchasing inventories/ materials
• Prepare letters to authority
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests andqueries from senior managers
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenancerequirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
• To work with HR department to identify and suggest personal development programs for office staff and to assist HR to organize such programs for staff
• Ad-hoc enquiries from the management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
✓1 years experience in admin task
✓Experience in email writing to Gov office, building maintenance/ contact contractor if necessary for some repair.
✓Experience in purchase office stationary and etc.
✓willing to go out for admin purpose.
