・ Reviewing the project quality plan and inspection test plans for company project, renew project according to QM policies.

・ To implement relevant policies, activities and procedures as required by development system.

・ To plan, manager monitor and control property development project from pre-development stage.

・ To ensure projects are on time, within budgets, meet the quality requirements and comply with all the authority requirements including safety and health.

・ Determine the process risk and opportunities, develop and implement the risk assessment treat plan to address the issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ At least 8 years of working experience in QA/QC and preferable project environment.

✓ Well versed in property development process.

✓ Time, cost, quality and safety conscious.

✓ Familiar in ISO9001:2015 QMS implementation and IQA experience
