• HQ & Projects IT related jobs incl requirement of Japan HQ

• Infrastructure/Server/Portal administration, monitoring

• End-user and IT support

• IT procurement (Hardware, Software, Maintenance Contract & Agreement etc.)

• Upkeep IT documents, Hardware & Software Inventory

• Transform manual processes to digitalization whenever possible

• Tightening Information Security inclusive of Infocom Devices and Microsoft Platform

• Constant evaluating new/trend technologies to keep IT infrastructure and software applications up to date

• Constant evaluating automation/robotics technologies to improve work efficiency in the company

• Any other task(s) assigned by Admin manager (Malaysian)/GM (Japanese)
