・To provide design, support tendering, planning and supervise of the company`s mechanical works especially HVAC system.

・To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications

・To manage or supervise specialists and sub-contractors working with the company`s mechanical system.

・Communicate directly with internal customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new equipment.

・Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of mechanical installation, design development and provide author supervision

・Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans

・Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and price negotiation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

✓Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on HVAC tendering & design required (MUST)

✓Experience in Engineering company and as a subcontractor company

✓Experience in Tendering plant/ factory and price negotiations.

✓Experience in liaise with internal and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of mechanical installation, design development and provide author supervision

✓Experience design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process and prior experience in HVAC, General Process Utility and Clean Room Design is an added
